QW QLM - Spreadsheet-Link Matrices Setup

This article will describe how to set up a spreadsheet using the Link Matrices option.

To set up link matrices you must have a data source which contains at least one single or multi-link. 

You must set the spreadsheet to link matrix type on the main tab of your spreadsheet as follows: 

If a data source is already selected, you will be prompted to rebuild from it. If you still haven't set the data source, the following step will begin once you press 'build' with a data source selected. 

You will see a prompt asking you to select which data will be used for your link matrix, select every data you plan to build a link matrix from: 

Once you press ok your spreadsheet should be set up with the correct data format (see filters tab):

Once the spreadsheet is set up to show your link matrix, how you edit data in this spreadsheet will change. 

Now objects will be listed as columns, and you can edit their links by selecting which functions they satisfy. 

In this example we have the Qualiware Administrator being R(Responsible) and S(Employed) by the P1 

Process, he is also responsible for the P2 process: 

To change these values click on the button next to the cell to open the following dropdown: 

Select whatever changes you wish to make and hit apply: 

The cell will be changed, but changes will only be pushed to the server when you hit save.
