Return or Retire Items

Reduce clutter without losing evidence by retiring items you no longer need while keeping their records for compliance.

1. If a process or document needs major rework: Use Return to Development to send it back for editing.
2. If it’s no longer needed: Choose Retire, which removes it from the active governance cycle but preserves its record for compliance.
