Monitor Progress With Dashboards

Spot bottlenecks early by tracking KPIs like turnaround time and pending approvals so you know exactly where work is stuck.

1. Open the Governance Status dashboard.

In QualiWare’s Governance Dashboard or Current Status window, you can see:

• • Object name

• • Current state
  • Responsible person
  • Outstanding actions

2. Track KPIs.

Use built-in metrics like turnaround time or pending approvals to identify bottlenecks.

3. Access actions directly.

In each transition’s settings, specify who can perform it:

a.“Only Responsible Role”

b.“Only Master Role”

c.“Any Role.”

This prevents unauthorized actions.
