Managing Audit Programs and Raising Issues on the Fly

  1. From the Compliance Management desktop, open Manage Audit Programs.
  2. Select an audit program (e.g., Internal Audits 2022) to view every audit conducted under that program; external audits appear in the same list.
  3. Click an individual audit (e.g., Customer Focus) to open the full audit report.
  4. Review key details: Lead Auditor, Auditors, Auditees, Audit Date, Target Processes, Regulations, and supporting documents.
  5. Scroll to the Conclusion section to see any non-conformances or change requests already logged.
  6. Need to record a new issue? Select Create Non-Conformance or Create Change Request directly within the audit—new items are automatically linked back to the audit record.
  7. Use hyperlinked fields (e.g., a targeted process name) to jump straight to the underlying model object without leaving the audit screen.
