Approve and Lock Content

Protect critical content from accidental edits because Approved items are automatically read-only.

1. When ready, click Approve to move the item into the Approved state.
2. Approved items are automatically set to read-only—no one can modify them directly.
3. To make edits, create a new revision to ensure proper version control and accountability.
